My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely apportioned, even though our corner suites were a little harder to keep heated due to the large glass windows. But the fantastic view made it worth it. The service was top-notch, with the staff going the extra mile. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city center. The dining experience was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was really good overall. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had great refreshments. However, there was a bit of a stuffy smell in the room without the option to open windows. The views were spectacular though.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the concierge lounge attendant who shared wonderful tips on places to visit. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was superb, surrounded by many great restaurants and activities, making it very convenient for exploring the downtown area. However, the room had a view of all rooftop machinery, leading to some noise disturbances, and it was not serviced at noon as expected. Having breakfast provided was a nice touch, though.
